SHIPPING POLICY

 

DO NOT FORGET TO INCLUDE YOUR APARTMENT/CONDO UNIT NUMBER.

We try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 3 --15 business days for delivery (based on distance) . Shipping cost may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping methods. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for Holiday or non-business days. Orders over $64.99 allow up to 7 business days for processing, and 3-15 business days for shipping.

International

Please allow up to 3-10  business days for processing and 5-15 business days for delivery (based on distance, once you have received email confirmation with tracking number)  Orders over $64.99 allow up to 7 business days for processing, and 5-15 business days for shipping. International does not qualify for free shipping. We will run free shipping promos throughout the year and or holidays.

 

ORDER TRACKING

 You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24- 48 business days for tracking number to become updated (once you have received tracking number) If you receive your confirmation email after 2PM PST on Friday allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. No refund if you did not provide the apartment number and or correct shipping address.

 ONCE AGAIN DO NOT FORGET TO INCLUDE APARTMENT NUMBER. Packages that are returned back to ChamaraK Beauty due to apt/condo/townhome, and or suite# not provided,  when you placed your order will not be shipped back out until you pay for the shipping fee.  If a package is returned back to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, the customer will be responsible for redelivery/reshipping cost, and or no refund will be offered.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address.

ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES 

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Once an order has been placed ,we cannot cancel it. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once order has been dispatched. If you do realize you have forgotten to include your apartment number be sure to email and or chat us before we send you your confirmation email with your tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Due to sanitary/health reasons, eyelashes are not eligible for refund or exchange.

If you have received a damaged or defective product you must notify us 

WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving your lashes to be eligible for a refund/exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All sales item are non-refundable.

If your order has been returned back to ChamaraK Beauty due to you not providing apartment number, condo number, townhome number and or suite number missing your package will not be processed again for re-shipping, unless you pay for shipping fees, if we do decide to send out and invoice for the reshipping fee. (especially when we have free shipping) If we do not reship out your order we will consider as a lost package, and will not be eligible for a refund.
